Breeze Exterior Cleaning - Terms and Conditions for EXTERIOR CLEANING SERVICES

1. Agreement to Services
By hiring Breeze Exterior Cleaning ("we," "our," "us"), the customer ("you," "your") agrees to the following terms and conditions regarding exterior cleaning services. The scope of work, pricing, and specific services will be outlined in your service agreement or invoice.

2. Service Scope
Breeze Exterior Cleaning will provide exterior cleaning services as specified in the service agreement, including, but not limited to, pressure washing, window cleaning, gutter cleaning, roof washing, soft washing, and other related services. The exact scope of work will be confirmed prior to the commencement of any services.

3. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of the services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment by cash, credit card, or other methods as specified in the service agreement. A deposit may be required, which will be outlined in your quote. Invoices not paid within 7 days may incur a late fee or interest charges.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule your service appointment by providing at least 48 hours' notice. If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of the scheduled service, a cancellation fee may apply. Breeze Exterior Cleaning reserves the right to reschedule or cancel services due to adverse weather conditions, unforeseen circumstances, or other events beyond our control.

5. Access to Property
You are responsible for providing clear access to all areas that need cleaning. This includes removing any obstacles or debris from the work areas (e.g., furniture, vehicles, plants, stocked goods etc.). Breeze Exterior Cleaning is not liable for any damage caused by obstacles left in place. If additional time is required to access areas, additional charges may apply.

6. Equipment and Products
Breeze Exterior Cleaning uses industry-standard equipment and environmentally-friendly cleaning products. We reserve the right to use the necessary cleaning solutions for the best possible results. If there are specific preferences regarding products or methods, these should be communicated prior to service.

7. Liability & Damages
While we take every precaution to prevent damage, exterior cleaning services involve working on surfaces that may be subject to wear, aging, or previous damage. Breeze Exterior Cleaning is not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damages resulting from normal wear and tear, including but not limited to cracked surfaces, chipped paint, or broken tiles. If damage occurs due to our negligence, we will repair or replace the affected area at our discretion.

8. Weather Conditions
Certain cleaning services may be subject to delay or rescheduling due to inclement weather, such as heavy rain, high winds, or freezing temperatures, excessive heat (35 Degrees or above). Breeze Exterior Cleaning will notify you of any changes to your scheduled appointment due to weather conditions.

9. Warranty and Satisfaction
We are committed to delivering high-quality service. If you are not satisfied with the results, please notify us within 7 days of service completion, and we will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue. This guarantee does not cover damages, areas that were inaccessible, or issues caused by weather conditions post-service.

10. Health & Safety
All services will be performed in accordance with safety regulations. The customer must inform us of any potential hazards on the property (e.g., pets, electrical wires, or structures in disrepair) prior to the commencement of work. Breeze Exterior Cleaning is not liable for injuries or accidents caused by pre-existing hazards or customer negligence.

11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Breeze Exterior Cleaning, its employees, agents, and contractors from any and all claims, damages, or losses resulting from the customer’s failure to comply with these terms or from any damage to personal property not related to the service provided.

12. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state/province in which the service is performed. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the local courts.

13. Amendments
Breeze Exterior Cleaning reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any significant changes to the terms before services are rendered.
